Digital marketing courses (online/offline)
Training programs
SaaS tools, subscriptions, and software services

All purchases are subject to the terms below in compliance with applicable Indian laws.

SECTION A: COURSES & TRAINING

2. Cancellation Policy (Courses)

Before Course Access:

Cancellation allowed within 24 hours of purchase
Only if:
- Course has not been accessed
- No content has been consumed

After Course Access:

No cancellation allowed once:
- Login is used OR
- Any course material is accessed

3. Refund Policy (Courses)

Eligible:

Payment made but no access provided
Duplicate transactions
Verified technical issue

Not Eligible:

Change of mind
Partial/full consumption
Non-usage

7–10 business days

SECTION B: SAAS TOOLS / SOFTWARE SERVICES

5. Subscription Model

Our SaaS tools may operate on:

Monthly / yearly subscription
Per-user / per-student pricing
Usage-based billing

All subscriptions are prepaid unless stated otherwise.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

Users may be offered a free trial period
No charges during trial unless explicitly stated
After trial ends:
- Subscription auto-activates
- Charges apply automatically

👉 It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before trial ends

7. Cancellation Policy (SaaS)

Subscription Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support

Effect of Cancellation:

Cancellation stops future billing only
Access continues until end of current billing cycle

8. Refund Policy (SaaS)

No Refund Policy:

All SaaS payments are non-refundable, including:
- Partial usage
- Unused subscription period
- Downgrades mid-cycle

9. Exceptions (SaaS Refunds)

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

Duplicate payment
Payment deducted but service not activated
Major technical failure from our side (verified)

10. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
By subscribing, you authorize:
- Recurring billing
- Automatic deduction

11. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing
- Change plans
Changes will apply in the next billing cycle

12. Account Suspension / Termination

We may suspend access if:

Payment fails
Fraudulent activity detected
Terms are violated

No refund will be issued in such cases.

13. Data & Access After Cancellation

After subscription ends:
- Access to SaaS tools may be revoked
- Data retention is not guaranteed beyond [X days – recommend 7–30 days]

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating chargebacks without contacting support may lead to:
- Immediate account suspension
- Legal action if misuse is detected
